Collins & Paterson Auctioneers are based in Paisley which is on the outskirts of Glasgow and close to Glasgow Airport. Established in 1848, we have a long history of valuing and selling items at auction for our customers, many of whom we have come to know very well.
Whilst Collins & Paterson has an extensive history as a member of the Paisley and Glasgow business communities, for a number of years we were based in Glasgow. However in June 2010 we were extremely excited to move back to our Paisley roots and are now located on Walker Street in a 19th century building.
Our general Antique, jewellery and collectable auctions are held every second Tuesday, sales commence at 10.30am, with viewing day Monday prior to auction between 9am - 4pm and on the morning of auction. Items can be consigned up to a few days prior to the auction thus allowing time for imaging, cataloguing etc.
The Collins and Paterson auction website includes details of all the auction dates for 2011 and for each auction the main Lots for sale will be displayed beforehand. In 2011 you will be able to bid for items via a ‘live bidding link’ and we will be launching an iPhone application which will display items available at each auction.
The senior auction valuers at Collins and Paterson are Mr Leonard Kerr, Mr Robert Paterson and Mr Stephen Maxwell. All our valuers offer expertise in antiques and jewellery trade.
We look forward to seeing you at our next auction in Paisley.
